Thanks for your purchase! If you encounter any issue with your purchase, we will make it right for you.
If you are dissatisfied with your professional product, please inform us via email here within 30 days of your
purchase. We may be able to troubleshoot any issues that you are experiencing and/or assist you to exchange for a
product that better suit your needs.
Manufacturer Defect or Damage
Occasionally our professional products may incur damage during shipping. If you experience an issue that
compromises your product’s performance, please inform us via email here within 7 days of your purchase so that
we can replace it for you.
Product Exchanges & Replacements
Once you’ve contacted us to inform us of your product challenge, please bring said product in to salon for
exchange/replacement. We will exchange/replace your product in person at salon if inventory allows. If we don’t
have your desired product in stock, we will issue you a credit for your replacement product on our e-commerce
